3. Subscriptions & Payments

All EagleCast subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions begin upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for EagleCast, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
